Purpose

The other day as I was working, the words to the poem I shared came into my mind. I've been thinking about them for the past several days, and felt like it was something I should share.

Enough for Me

When will I ever realize
Me being me is enough.
When will I ever realize
That enough is finally enough.
No need to envy others.
No need to be anyone else.
Me is enough for others
When ME is ENOUGH for MYSELF!

Random Pictures...

I just found these pictures, and I decided I needed to post them on my blog!
Michele, Mike, Steph, Katy, & Amee
These are some of my friends at the J. We went to the Olive Garden for Steph's last lunch before she headed off to Notre Dame. Katy, Amee, and I still go to lunch almost everyday. I don't know how I would survive a day without these guys!

One day before I left for Hawaii, I was at Smith's and found this snorkeling gear. I was so excited to try it out I had to put it on at work. And what better place than in my cubicle.
One day every year you are allowed to wear jeans at the J and that's the day before the 24th of July. The rules are you have to dress up in your western attire. This is my impression of a cowboy after a hard day at work.

Needles, Needles, and more Needles....

I wanted to prove that I actually had acupunture done! The only one that hurt (meaning just a little sting) was in my left shoulder, the rest just felt like a little pressure. I would have to go back a couple times to decide if it helped, but I haven't made it back.

Wyatt

I decided I should post this cute picture of me and Wyatt! He answered the phone the other day when I called Shauntae and it totally threw me off. I was caught so off guard that I said, is Shauntae there and it sounded like he said yes. He's growing up way too much, but he is very handsome.

The Bubble!!!

One Saturday Morning, I went to breakfast and purchased two pieces of bubble gum. Stephann dared me to put both pieces in my mouth. Well, a little later I realized just how good this bubble gum was.

Ariana tried to get her bubble as big as mine, but hers popped before we got a picture of it.

I burst my own bubble (on accident)!

December Update!

I'm such a slacker! I'm not even going to post pictures tonight because they're all still on my camera! Life has been crazy and at times insane! I have accomplished several items on my list!

-I finished all 7 Harry Potter Books at the beginning of the month!

-I went to the Body World's Museum (It was EXCELLENT! You only have 11 more days to go before it leaves Salt Lake, so I recommend that you go fast.)

-I had my first experience with Acupunture yesterday, and it was definitely a different experience. I haven't made up my mind what I think about it.
s
-Riley came home from his mission last night! It's great to have him home and I didn't realize how much I missed him. He is a great example and I just love the kid! (It also means that I'm half way done with this item on the list.)

Other things that have happened this month that haven't been on the list!

-I spent a Girl's Weekend in Salt Lake with Brenda, Jamie, and Jill! These girls are amazing and I love how they support me in all I do! It was exactly what I needed at that point in my life. We stayed in a hotel, did a little shopping, and got a FULL BODY MASSAGE! Can I tell you how much I LOVE FULL BODY MASSAGES? If you have never experienced one, I say you need to try it at least once.

-I went to the Lights at Temple Square.

-I went on the Legacy Highway for the first time. (PS...that's for you Ben (since I know you never read this so maybe Shan can let you know))

-Christmas Snow Angels in our pjs!

I know there has been a lot more going on in my life! I hope that you all have had a Merry Christmas and are looking forward to the New Year! I want you to know that life is full of blessings even when they are hidden as trials in our lives and one day we will see the blessings! I can't wait for the New Year and all the new experiences that I'll be able to have. May the New Year bring you lots of new experiences.
